Job Responsibilities/Objectives

You will be in charge of gathering and comprehending business requirements and translating them into development work for our agile in-house development team and QA.

Design and specification of front end and back end solutions for pressing business needs
Interacting directly with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable work tickets for the development team.
Ensuring that the work tickets include quality assurance features such as acceptance criteria and testing requirements.
Ensure that non-functional requirements, such as performance, security, compliance, and technical debt, are taken into account.
UAT should be provided in collaboration with business digital champions.
Participate in sprint cycle meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives, as well as lead the sprint planning process.

Required Skills/Experience

Good commercial expertise in the consumer travel sector as a product owner
Good practical experience working with agile development teams
Experience with web analytics beyond basic GA tracking in a ROI or Yield focused environment.
Experience of structured testing and quality assurance approaches
Able to propose solutions to complex technical or business problems
CMS experience ideally with Umbraco
