Parts Advisor - Glasgow


Zenith Vehicles in Glasgow has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, hardworking and highly motivated Parts Advisor to join our busy team.

Working out of our Glasgow site (Baillieston G69), you'll be an integral part of the team.


We are looking for a team player with parts experience in a Commercial Vehicles Parts department, who can work at a fast pace, with good communication and tech skills.


Key duties within this role will be:

  • Managing service bookings on a daily basis
  • Accurately completing service estimates, clearly and efficiently and any other relevant documentation for any repairs
  • Keeping customers up to date with costs and progress
  • Preparing job cards
  • Raising invoices
  • Having excellent customer service
This is a full time permanent role, Monday to Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm
