Description
La Dolce Vita (NI) Ltd is a leading food producer with over 26 years in business. We produce bespoke products to our own LDV outlets, also third-party wholesale & retail customers.

We are currently in search of a Quality Supervisor to lead our team to continued success.


Main Responsibilities:


The Quality Supervisor will manage and maintain the site Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure that the factory is audit ready at all times for their announced annual SALSA audit as well as unannounced customer and governing body audits.

You will carry out quality checks throughout the business ensuring that all work in progress and despatched finished products meet company and legislative standards ensuring that all relevant paperwork is completed.


The successful individual:


The successful individual shall have a food related degree or equivalent experience in a quality role or in carrying out quality control duties at a production supervisory level within the food manufacturing sector.

Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with individuals both internal and external to the business.


Experience

  • Three years' experience gained within a Food Manufacturing Quality Assurance role with internal auditing experience
  • HACCP Level 3 Certification
  • Food Safety Level 3 Certification
  • Experience of Food Safety and Quality Management systems and procedures
  • NPD Experience
  • Excellent organisational skills, a confident and forwardthinking team player
  • Excellent attention to detail, flexibility and problem solving
  • Ambitious and looking to progress in a fastpaced environment
  • A high level of computer literacy & related technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- £28'000 - £30'000
