JOB PURPOSE
The Quality Coordinator will deputise the Quality department providing full support to the Quality Manager, the Business and Customers. Working with Auditors both announced and unannounced.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

To manage and control the colour pack system, and logging / reporting any discrepancies.
To be present during Internal Audits, able to take the lead role.
Complete Internal Audits
Experienced in BRC and ISO9001 standards
To generate specifications and complete questionnaires as required for customers.
To conduct internal audits and assist close out of NCR's.
To generate NCR and customer complaint documentation, ensuring closure in appropriate timescales.
Maintenance and upkeep of quality department files and records.
To quarantine / release finished goods as required.
Perform other duties as directed by the QEHS Manager.

TECHNICAL SKILLS/QUALS

Computer skills including the use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
Computer literate able to use Business management systems
Avante (training will be provided).
Excellent Attention to detail.
Take instruction and manage own workload.

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

Excellent communication skills essential, ability to give clear written and verbal instructions, and be clearly understood.
Able to identify areas of weakness within processes and help find solutions.
Able to effectively prioritise and adapt to a varied and changeable workload.
Punctual, presentable and with good attendance.
