Telesales Executive

Halesowen

£25,000 (Basic Salary) OTE - £80,000 (Weekly paid commission)

Our client an established market leader is experiencing exceptional growth, they are now looking to recruit Telesales Executives to join their team.

The role is a mixture of outbound as well as calling incoming leads / data from marketing campaigns

With a fantastic basic salary and commission (paid weekly), this is your chance to join a growing, forward-thinking company, at a busy and exciting time

Requirements:

Previous sales experience either in direct sales, telesales or similar beneficial ; consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
Proven ability to implement and drive the sales process from plan to close,
Strong commercial/business sense,
Process and target driven,
Team player working in cooperation with colleagues,
Excellent written and oral skills,

IT Skills

Microsoft / Outlook etc,

Responsibilities

Outbound sales calls to establish and develop prospective customers in order generate new business for the company.
Achieve growth and sales targets set by the company
Analyse sales performance and develop plans to meet and exceed targets
Utilising data on the CRM to target decision makers and subsequently prospecting
Cross selling any additional products
Consultatively selling and ensuring you're maximising all opportunities
