• Acquires knowledge and skills of domain programming language(s)
• Performs small or welldefined programming tasks including Source Control and Documentation
• Learns and applies best practices and standard procedures
• Performs routine technical work which does not require previous experience
• Debugs own code with limited support

• Pair programs with more senior members of the team

• Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience preferred

• Coop or other experience as a software engineer
• Good presentation skills
• Background in objectoriented programming
