Our client, a rapidly expanding engineering company, are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team. The role of the Sales Administrator will be to provide support to the sales and customer service teams.

What the Sales Administrator will be doing:

  • Liaise with internal teams to make sure customer details are correct and orders are as they should be.
  • Be the first port of call for all customer inquiries.
  • Process client orders accurately and promptly.
  • Record incoming customer enquiries into the inhouse systems and make sure data entry is correct.
  • Develop relationships with local and global inhouse teams for effective communication.
  • Assist with company reports and accounts on a monthly and yearly basis.

What you can offer to the Sales Administrator role:

  • 2+ years administration experience with data entry.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Good IT skills and working knowledge on Microsoft Office.
  • Great organisational and time management skills.
  • Logical thinker.

Desired skills for the Sales Administrator:

  • Manufacturing or Engineering industry experience
