As the leading lifestyle and events publication for Hull & East Yorkshire, we are seeking a dynamic and dedicated part-time Administrator/Account Handler to join our team and help manage our client accounts.
If you are a self-starter who thrives in a client-facing role, enjoys the fast pace of the advertising industry, and is open to increased responsibilities in the future, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client bookings and oversee advertising packages from initiation to execution.
- Regularly communicate with clients to identify their advertising needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Efficiently use project management tools and databases to coordinate multiple client campaigns simultaneously.
- Monitor the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, providing clients with regular updates and feedback.
- Handle financial aspects, including invoicing and budget tracking.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate client accounts and databases.
- Undertake any ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency and confidence in working with project management tools and databases.
- Experience in a similar role or in the advertising industry is preferred but not necessary.
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and work under pressure.
- Understanding of advertising or marketing techniques is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- GCSE or equivalent required.
