Hereford are looking for
Shift Leaders on an
AM Shift to join their busy team, ready for their peak period and running through till 2024.


Some elements of Team Leading experience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided

Duties Include:


  • Monitoring Department KPI Results
  • Start of Shift Briefing and Organising Daily Tasks
  • Assisting with Absence Management and Completing Appraisals

Shifts (varied but 5 out of 7 including a weekend day):


  • AM: 06:0014:00

Pay Rate:


  • AM: £13.33 per hour

Overtime:


  • AM: £20.00 per hour
  • Monday to Friday after 37.5 hours
  • AM: £23.33 per hour
  • Saturday and Sunday
  • AM: £26.66 per hour
  • Bank Holiday
