Description

A partner-led, multi-disciplined property consultancy are seeking a forward-thinking Associate Director of Building Surveying to join their expanding team.

The successful Associate Director Surveyor will carry out a varied yet project focused role whilst working alongside an extremely broad client-base across the Commericial, Residential, Industrial and Healthcare sectors.

You will be line manager for a teamof 10 mixed level Surveyors.

Your role will also require you to take part in the business devlopment of the consultancy, generating new business whilst maintaing the already established client base.

The successful Associate Director Surveyor will join a company with a commitment to the long-term development of all individuals and pride themselves on being accredited investors in people.

The Successful Associate Senior Surveyor?

MRICS (4+ years PQE)
Commercially focused private practice background
Confident in developing new business

MSc/BSc

Building Surveying or RICS accredited degree
Strong written/verbal communication skills
Previous experience of managing
