Are you an experienced credit control manager looking for the next step in your career?

In this role they are looking for someone who isn't just a manager but a leader and can drive the accounts receivable function, you'll be the strategic go to in the team and have a voice at the table with any big changes you want to make to improve the function.

Day to day you'll oversee a team of 6 credit controllers of varying experience where you'll drive them to develop professionally and ensure that they are continuously learning to improve at whatever stage of their career they are in as well as developingand maintaining metrics and continuous improvement strategies with the team in mind.

You'll also still have some touchpoints with the day to day acting as the lead contact with the debt collection agency as well as supporting to resolve complex queries and ensure strong relationships with other teams within financial and the wider business.

Working on a hybrid working pattern you'll do 3-4 days in the office with the rest at home as well as benefiting from working on a flexitime pattern, you'll also get 30 days holiday plus bank holidays with additional days off around Christmas/Easter, a competitivepension scheme and parking on site.
