_Senior New Business Consultant _

_Basic Salary:
£25,000 to £35,000 plus marketing leading commission structure (Uncapped commission)_

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous recruitment experience looking to join an awardwinning recruitment business with a growing client portfolio. _
Are you looking to progress from being a 360 consultant and looking to move away from delivery/ resourcing?_
We are interested in speaking to both Technology Recruiters and Recruiters from other markets _with 5+ year's experience to join our CSM team as a new business consultant. You will need to have experience in either Contract, Permanent recruitment, account management or business development; along with being confident in new business generation,a winning personality and a desire to work hard as you be highly rewarded with an amazing commission package_

_Overview of role:
_

Maintaining relationships with our existing client base to systematically map out and generate new business within the IT contract and permanent recruitment market.
Managing major accounts with the business.
Forming new relationships to secure live roles.
Attending client meetings.
Generate new leads through direct sales approaches and follow up on existing opportunities.
Qualifying jobs from clients.
Managing successful client relationships though to delivery.
