We are now recruiting for an Operations Administrator on a temporary basis for a very exciting and growing logistics and ecommerce business with one of their head offices based in very cool and modern offices in Soho.
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and see yourself as a proactive individual who can juggle liaising with and coordinating people and projects as well as being a solid administrator with a good eye for detail, then you could be great for this.
Also, if you have any project management experience or a background in operations or scheduling, that's a bonus and we'd love to hear from you.
This role will be paying £12 to £15 per hour, dependant on experience (As this could be a great entry role for a graduate or someone with bundles of Ops experience), plus holiday accrual and will be weekly pay every Friday until any point it is made permanent.
Duties to include:
- Schedule and manage contractors across multiple locations simultaneously.
- Create and maintain a direct relationship between site team, commercial managers, and installation team.
- Facilitate the end to process from project surveys to installation.
- Deliver on installation and operational KPIs.
- Running reports.
- Supporting on any other adhoc projects and admin.
- Evidence of operations management/project management within a fastpaced environment would be beneficial
- Experience of working on projects would be beneficial
- Exceptional communication and organization skills
- Strong data management skills (Excel etc)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to problem solve
