We are looking for compassionate and committed healthcare assistants who are passionate about delivering the highest quality one-to-one and two-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in her home.


Meet our service user


Our service user is a mature gentleman who lives in Leeds and requires support with his complex care needs throughout the day and night on a 1:1 and 2:1 basis.


He enjoys having a laugh and a banter with his care team and would need support with light duties around the home as he lives independently from the support of his care team.

His hobbies include fishing, motorcycles and is interested in all things history related. He loves to visit museums and socialising, spending quality time with his family and care team.


He has a holiday home in Norfolk which he loves to visit when he can, we are looking for a care team to support him at home in Leeds as well as by the coast so he can continue to enjoy his interests.


Throughout the day you will provide support with his personal care, Moving and handling, attending to his clinical care needs when required and assisting him to enjoy his hobbies and interests.


Throughout the night you will provide support with his personal care, repositioning, clinical observations and attending to his needs when required.

You will provide a peaceful environment to promote a restful night's sleep.


Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

Essential Experience Required

  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Medication Administration
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and Handling

Desirable Experience

  • Spinal Injury care
  • Bowel Management
  • Catheter care
  • Nebuliser care

Shifts available;

  • Part Time Days Available
  • 24 hours per week
  • 8am8pm
  • Additional Hours available to cover Nights for A/L and sickness
  • 8:00pm8:00am

We also have the opportunity for you to pick-up Live-in shifts if this is an interest to you

Take a look at our pay rates

Weekdays:
£12.00 per hour (Approx. £144 per 12-hour shift)

Weeknights:
£12.50 per hour (Approx. £150 per 12-hour shift)

Weekends:
£13.00 per hour (Approx. £156 per 12 hour shift)

Bank Holiday:
£15.00 per hour (Approx. £180 per 112-hour shift)
