Field Sales Executive

Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Field Sales Executive to join our client based in Bracknell.

The successful Field Sales Executive will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional, pro-active Account Management to new and existing clients.
  • Building strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Actively quoting for work whilst building a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Interfacing with clients to assist with the resolution of customer concerns.
  • Collating database of information regarding contacts/?sales leads
  • Ensuring smooth implementation of new business, liaising with stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Regularly benchmarking competitors to assess competitiveness within the market.
  • Engaging in and evaluate customer feedback to ensure service meets or exceeds expectations

The Field Sales Executive will have:

  • Strong commercial understanding of waste recycling
  • Strong financial/commercial acumen
  • The ability to operate in a compliant manner in a challenging environment.
  • Strong business development and sales experience
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
