Your New Company

As Senior Architectural Technologist you will be working for a new practice to Belfast, an architectural firm which has built an excellent reputation for their work on a range of projects.

They would be a household name in Ireland, and known for their expertise in design, master-planning, project management and sustainability.

They provide to a variety of sectors including high rise residential buildings, large industrial clients for office buildings and industrial extensions as well as universities and health-care.

Your New Role

As a Senior Architectural Technologist you will be primarily involved in the technical planning and detailing of large projects specifically for the industrial sector.

This role will give you autonomy to run the project and deputise your time, making a refreshing change from micromanagement some practices can provide There will be full BIM implementation on projects, so you should be familiar and show competency on the software.

There will be plenty of technical challenges for you to overcome, but ultimately rewarding at completion when you see the finished product.

You will be working with an experienced team of architects and technologists with a real collaborative atmosphere and passion for projects.

Job Requirements

For this role you should have an architectural degree in Architectural Technology and have 10 years experience in a practice or contractor design related discipline.

You should show competency using Revit 3D software, producing models and detailing software.

Knowledge on BIM and working with other consultancies and contractors to revise changes and make modification would be great experience to display.

If you have industrial experience this will be a distinct advantage.

This is a senior role in the team, so you will be given a level of duty to be client facing and look after team members.
