What's needed from you?

• Assess relevant training needs for staff individuals and organisation, in consultation with hospital departmental heads, including assessment methods.
• Design local training courses and programmes necessary to meet training needs for both installation and followup visits
• Administration and coordination of allocated customer training
• Pre sales demonstrations to customers and internal colleagues
• Post sale product support to customers
• Provide specialist knowledge and support to the marketing and sales teams
• Liaise with Product developers in Japan and European departments to ensure both personal product knowledge is fully maintained and to provide specific UK market feedback
• Maintain and report on equipment and software suitability for direct marketing and sales reporting purposes
• Monitor and report on field activities and provide relevant information to management
• Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development.

Requirements:

• Radiography degree
• Assistant Practitioner qualification (or equivalent)
• 2 years post qualification radiography experience
• Confident delivering presentations to both small and large groups
• Excellent communication skills
• High levels of motivation, drive and enthusiasm
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues
• This role will involve national travel and overnight stays
