SENIOR CRM MANAGER

LONDON

£50,000-£58,000+BONUS +BENEFITS

THE COMPANY
Currently working with a marketplace in the services sector, on a Senior CRM Manager role. They have been around for over 10 years and are leaders within their space. They are a B2B and B2C business and have around 500 employees and growing.


THE ROLE
As a CRM Manager, your main focus is on the B2B side of the business and the retention side.

Some of your main responsibilities will be:

  • Optimise the retention lifecycle programs, optimise this as well and look at new member journeys.
  • Build campaign automation using HTML (not from scratch) and work in a targeting approach towards various segments.
  • Endtoend ownership of comms, planning, strategizing campaigns, and executive campaigns.
  • Embed bestpractice within CRM across the business UK as well as globally.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

A successful CRM Manager will have:

  • Experience with Salesforce as the CRM.
  • Experience with HTML is ideal but can look at another automation platform.
  • Commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent understanding of CRM/campaign having worked in the space for 3+years.
