**Technical Support Engineer
2x Vacancies available
Surrey / Hampshire**
£34,000 - £41000 Dependent on experience

+ Overtime

+ Rota for 24/7 Support (extra earnings)

We are currently seeking 2x Technical Support Engineers, on behalf of our client, working out of one of their offices in Surrey and Hampshire.


Responsibilities:


  • Join on call rota, following training on products
  • Documentation support
  • Provide technical support and training to customers
  • Hardware Support
  • Software Scripting
  • Network Support
  • Test and verify new technology
  • Implement third party intergration
  • Provide support to companies field engineers
  • Timely resolution of issues
  • Prioritise issues & problems, seeking timely closure

Desired Experiences:


  • Application Testing
  • ITIL Foundation
  • Linux scripting, command line usage


  • Networking

  • Understanding of networking, components and configuration
  • Understanding of database including SQL
