Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Finishing Construction Foreman to oversee the final stages of our construction projects. Responsibilities include supervising finishing activities (painting, flooring, etc.), ensuring quality and safety, managing subcontractors, and resolving issues promptly.


Requirements:


  • Experience as a Construction Foreman focusing on finishing work
  • Knowledge of construction procedures and safety guidelines
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
  • Excellent communication skills
  • CSCS card
  • SSSTS or SMSTS
  • Right to work in the UK

Pay:
£26.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
  • Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

  • SSSTS (preferred)

Work Location:
In person
