SI-UK is seeking a commercial, hard-working, Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our Finance Team reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer/Group Finance Director.

• Support the Chief Financial Officer and Group Finance Director with forecasting and strategic planning
• Oversee production of monthly forecasts for review by the CFO and GFD
• Work closely with Business Unit heads as Finance Partner to build their annual budgets and forecasts
• Evaluate previous budgets and expenditures to develop and implement future budgets
• Produce supporting revenue and cost variance analysis and commentary
• Agree, set up, and monitor and report on company KPIs in all areas of the business
• Provide insights to senior management around financial modelling, forecasts and profitability
• Communicate results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and operational efficiency
• Analyse financial and operational results to better understand company performance
• Be a key part of decisionmaking preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions
• Lead cash flow and debt forecasting
• Utilise BI tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance
• Deliver competitor analysis and market trends
• Other duties as may be required from time to time

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• 23 Years PQE in an FP&A role
• IT literate
• Ability to work well with the finance team
• Ability to work directly with the various functions and international cultures across the whole business
• Ability to adapt priorities quickly, to be proactive and to work within strict deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Experienced in Microsoft excel / data analytics
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships
• Creating dashboards using Power BI would be advantageous
