Communications Specialist

6 Months

£450 a day


My client is a global energy services company with a mission to provide low carbon energy solutions for its customers.


They are currently looking for Communication Specialist to work with HR and business teams, providing support to deliver critical messaging across the business.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Supporting the Experience Director to deliver the colleague engagement plan
  • Building and managing relationships with key stakeholders, becoming an ambassador for the engagement and communication strategy
  • Using data and insight to understand the impact of internal campaigns
  • Identifying new opportunities and finding solutions to problems
  • Support the delivery of campaigns to ensure they improve the overall experience of colleagues
  • Ensuring communication channels are optimised

You will have:


  • Advanced communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong experience in writing communications
  • A background of Internal communications and engagement
  • Experience working within a large matrix organisation
