Description
As a Membership Administrator, you will process payments for subscriptions, renewals, training bookings and refunds. Driving engagement and overall member retention with the use of excellent customer service and providing an added value service.You will build, develop and share product knowledge with members and work collaboratively with the team, maintaining accurate records of all calls made and outcomes as well as keeping the member databases up to date and accurate.
Contract Permanent, Monday to FridaySalary £20,000

Note - This role is 4 days home-based and 1 nominated day in the office, the client will provide a laptop, training and all tools required to thrive in this role.
