Our client, a Local Authority based in the North West is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an Education Lawyer to join their well respected team.

The Education Lawyer role will mainly involve dealing with SEN cases and handling queriesfrom schools. The role will also include providing advice to children's services and advising on policies. The ideal Education Lawyer candidate will be available for an initial period of 3 to 6 months.

Local authority experience is preferable, but should theEducation Lawyer have strong experience in education law from a different background, they will be considered.

This position is fully remote and to start in the New Year.

The successful Employment Lawyer will ideally be able to undertake this role on a full-timebasis however part-time will also be considered.
