We have a new and exciting opportunity for an Aftercare Operative to join our construction team.

This is a pivotal role in our organisation as you will be providing a professional and post completion defects rectification services to our clients.

It is essential that you have excellent construction skills as you will be responsible for repairing defects to a high standard.

You will be working with our clients therefore creating and maintaining excellent client relationships is an essential part of this role.


Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Fire Stopping/Decorating/General Maintenance/General Joinery & Plumbing/ Roof repairs.
  • Responding to reported defects on completed projects, identifying the cause and party responsible.
  • Operating and reporting on IT Software/Tablet.
  • Undertaking temporary or permanent repairs.
  • Meeting & working with EWC supply chain to return and undertake defects rectification works
  • Working and coordinating with Client's representative and occupiers successfully
  • Coordinate and carry out defect rectification work
  • Order plant and materials where necessary to facilitate repairs.
  • Keeping Aftercare Supervisor and Administrator updated on progress

About you


Aligned with our core ethos and values, we are looking for an individual who is passionate about construction and is committed to delivering an exceptional service to our Clients.

You will hold a CSCS qualification and have extensive knowledge of the construction industry, preferably stemming from a trade background such as plumbing or joinery.

Your experience and skills align with our commitment to maintaining the highest standards in our work. Having excellent communication skills, both oral and written, allowing you to engage confidently and building relationships with our clients.
