Key Responsibilities
Understanding of Stretching and Shrinking material using manual equipment,
Use precision measuring equipment such as Verniers, Trimoss, and DTI's,
Able to work within fine tolerances
Able to read engineering drawings
Refurbish Brazing Fixtures when required
Remove distortion from Dip Brazed components to drawing tolerances
Use Planishing and Dead Blow Hammers
Knowledge of the Heat Treatment Process for Aluminum
Safely set and use fly presses

Experience and Skills Needed for this role
- experience with metal (straightening dip braze assemblies and jigs)
- mechanical Engineering Knowledge
- able to read Engineering drawings Metric & Imperial
- use of hands tools
- use of Measuring equipment
