Are you experienced in supply chain management? Are you ready for a new challenge?


As Aster's Supply Chain Partner you'll be looking to identify and implement efficiencies within the supply chain, with the aim of reducing costs and improving customer service.

You'll be a pivotal member of the team, collaboratively working to provide supply chain management support and commercial insights.


The role will see you supporting the Head of Supply Chain with supplier and contract management, ensuring that we deliver best practice, whilst managing risk.

You will be maintaining the Property Service central Supply Chain Register.

You'll be familiar with its contents, being able to highlight key monthly changes and providing analysis to ensure beneficial time management and planning is undertaken with key stakeholders.


You'll work collaboratively with the central Procurement team, maintaining and monitoring the Approved Supplier Listing within the e-Procurement system (in-Tend), ensuring the information reconciles with our job management system.


About you


This won't be your first role in this field, you'll have experience within Supply Chain Management and logístical pathways, with a proven track record delivering value for money savings and service improvements.


You will have excellent IT skills, with the ability to analysis and manage data, presenting it in a way that is suitable for your audience.

You'll also have experience in E-Procurement systems and Contract Logs.


You'll happily collaborate with colleagues and key stakeholders and will understand that you'll become a point of contact for the team and wider business.

You will be a big picture thinker, taking all factors into account to support decision making.


This is a hybrid role, typically working with the team one day per week in the Devizes or Andover office, enabling you to work from home for the remainder of the week if you wish.

You may need to attend meetings across our operating regions so having a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes will be needed.

Our operating regions include Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon and Cornwall.
