    We treat every customer who walks through our door as an individual, taking immense pride in delivering warm, thoughtful and personalised service. That\'s where your experience comes in. We are looking for a Café Host (Barista) to join our team for 18 hours a week across 2 days (Monday - Saturday). Whether it\'s crafting the perfect flat white, helping a guest choose from our seasonal menu, or keeping the café looking immaculate-you\'ll be part of a naturally engaging team that creates a little bit of \"wow\" with every visit.

    Responsibilities

    • Creating a brilliant customer experience - using your knowledge and initiative to guide guests through our food and drink offering with genuine warmth
    • Delivering excellent coffee - using your barista skills to prepare and serve consistently high-quality drinks with care and confidence
    • Running smooth café operations - from taking and processing orders quickly and accurately, to following food safety standards and keeping things flowing behind the scenes
    • Keeping things beautiful - making sure our café looks as good as it tastes with stunning visual merchandising and presentation
    • Being a proud ambassador for us - sharing your passion for our café, our products, and everything we stand for

    You bring previous barista or customer-facing experience, and a love for great food and coffee, and the energy to share it with others. You\'ll have a calm, approachable attitude with a natural flair for customer service and a willingness to learn and pitch in wherever needed—no task is too small. You\'ll also have flexibility to work across weekends and weekdays (we\'re open seven days a week).
