My client is a dynamic and innovative independent festival company and I am seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join their team.

This hybrid role requires you to work both in the office and remotely, in Leeds.


To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in the independent festival or live music events industry.

You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as team-working abilities.

You will be comfortableworking with a wide range of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment and be able to think strategically and creatively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to reach target audiences
  • Manage daytoday operations related to the marketing department
  • Analyse performance data and report to senior management
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
  • Work with a wide range of stakeholders in a fastpaced environment

Technical Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the independent festival or live music events industry
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Knowledge of online marketing tools and techniques
