  • As a DR to the Senior Sales Manager of the CPS Leadership team, you will be responsible for aligning closely with the Account Management function to build strategic sales plans; build strong relationships with customers; develop pipeline; and successfully achieve regional sales targets.
  • Maintaining a broad architectural knowledge across all areas of the Microsoft capability to generate quality sales opportunities.
  • This role will require an indepth understanding of the latest developments and industry trends worldwide, and the ability to present and share knowledge to colleagues to improve awareness and learning.

What you'll be doing:


  • Engage with clients and keystakeholders at all levels with regards to their Microsoft needs, and effectively communicate volume licensing programs
  • Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of how clients buy from Microsoft and how Microsoft's onpremises products are licensed
  • Attend client meetings and provide presentations for Volume Licensing agreements
  • Maintain strong functional understanding of Microsoft Licensing Frameworks and agreements
  • Primary point of contact for Microsoft PAM
  • Understanding of software product usage rights
  • Responsibility for all aspects of logistics / administration and coordination of Microsoft licencing activities associated with the Operations & Order Desk

What you'll bring:


  • 3+ Years' experience of Microsoft Licensing
  • Accredited Microsoft Licensing Specialist with MCP in large organisations
  • Experience in using Microsoft Portals to access MPSA, CHIP, VLSC ,POET, MS Explore
  • Experience of managing licensing in Public and Corporate sectors
  • Track record of delivering against targets within an Enterprise sales role
  • Trained in sales methodologies like: SPIN, Challenger, Sandler, Hillman etc
  • Strong analytical skills, to include forecasting, pipeline, achievement, P&L details
  • Understanding of client trading & buying processcycles
