is a Vehicle Enhancement Centre where vehicles are prepared for customer handover and commercial vehicles are being built to fleet customers' specifications.

It is a busy, fast-paced environment and as the company continues its rapid growth, a new opportunity has arisen for a PDI Team Leader.


Your role


Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor you will work within a team ensuring daily targets of the PDI Line are met and report any issues to the Workshop Supervisor.

You will assist in ensuring the team are cross trained to enable all roles within the PDI area to be efficiently and effectively covered.

You will hold daily briefings covering all relevant aspects of what is expected by the management team.

You will be able to interpret vehicle paperwork, locate and confirm VIN numbers and understand option content to confirm correct accessories for different vehicle types and customers.

You will report all vehicle defects and have an understanding on body work / panels and be competent in completing software updates on all vehicles whilst adhering to all company health and safety procedures.


Your profile

  • It is important that you have a good work ethic and good organisational skills and experience of team working
  • Ideally you will have experience in leading and motivating teams
  • You will have good written and verbal communication skills
  • You must be a selfmotivated individual
  • Excellent IT skills are required, including a good working knowledge of MS Office and ability to use bespoke databases
  • You must have high attention to detail
  • Good timekeeping is essential
  • The ability to prioritise workload whilst working to tight timescales in accordance with company policies is important
  • A flexible approach to work is necessary
  • Must be willing to undertake any duties that may arise to contribute to the daytoday running of department
  • You will hold a Full UK driving licence.
