Property Manager - Harrow - Flexi working - c£45k

We're working with a traditional, independent managing agent who oversee RTM and RMC blocks across West London, North West London and Middlesex.

As a result of portfolio growth they now seek an additional property manager as follows:

Intermediate to Senior Property manager considered
Minimum 2 years block management experience, those Property Managers with more will be given more complex/valued client blocks to manage
Hybrid working, 23 days office, the rest from home or site as required
Able to undertake the full range of duties from budget setting to insurance matters and major works oversight.
Stable work history with a preference for independent practice
Accountable and customer focused, seeing duties through from start to finish
Portfolio circa 30 blocks/500 units
Relatively static role, not suitable for those seeking uncapped career progression but a very nice opportunity for Property Manager's seeking stability, security and exposure to a loyal and long retained client base

Salary for the successful Property Manager will start at up to £45k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure.
