Description
Elwood Recruitment are seeking a Customer Service Advisor for our prestigious client in Cannock.


Main Job roles include:

  • Handling phone calls from both trade and retail customers.
  • Using EPC to correctly to identify parts for customers both face to face and over the phone.
  • Creating WIPs and processing purchase orders.
  • Invoicing parts using Autoline.
  • Liaising to manufacturers to get backorder statuses.
  • You must have excellent communication & organisational skills while working well in a fastpaced environment.
Must be IT literate

Monday to Friday


Salary:
£20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
