Do you have admin and business development experience, and are you seeking a new job in Coventry? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is looking for a full-time Administration Coordinator, and the role comes with an umbrella contract rate of £19.76 per hour (Inside IR35).


You will help deliver an industry-leading ownership experience alongside the UK Retailer network that supports the long-term sustainable business growth of the company's brands.

You will be part of a large team, working in a busy and energetic environment, whilst managing inbound and proactive contacts to and from customers, retailers and third parties daily.

As an Administration Coordinator, you will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality service to clients and provide exemplary support to the Client Relationship Centre
  • Work alongside a large team to deliver the overall UK client relationship centre objective
  • Perform general administration duties within the client relationship centre.
  • Background in an administrationbased position
  • Ability to influence effectively across the network, balancing a broad range of priorities, with mínimal supervision and under pressure
  • A confident and outgoing manner with exceptional networking, interpersonal and influencing skills, possessing advanced communication skills
  • Processorientated with great attention to detail.


In return for your dedication, collaboration and commitment, you'll receive an umbrella contract rate of £19.76/hr, joining a welcoming and inclusive culture.
