WE HAVE A VERY EXCITING OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN OUR TEAM WORKING WITHIN THE COMPETITIVE WORLD OF RECRUITMENT.


You will be responsible for supporting the marketing operations of the company to enhance the local, regional and national profile of our organisational brand, our companies are Quick2Care, Quick2Hire and Quick2Clean.

You will support the marketing strategy in building an ever-growing customer portfolio and ensure the Group hits its strategic targets.


You will have vast experience in content creation and have had experience with marketing within events, such as networking forums and trade events.

You will be experienced in working within all forms of social media and ideally have a working knowledge of SEO.

You will have had experience in either leading or being involved in marketing strategies to ensure our brand and products are targeted intelligently to prospective customers.

We operate in the competitive world of recruitment and work within a target orientated culture.

To be effective in carrying out this role you will make a significant contribution to the marketing and promotion of the organisation, maintaining a well-organised office, building positive relationships and effective communications, and to providing a reliable competent service to all stakeholders both internal and external.

You will make an important contribution to achieving the organisations strategic and operational goals.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure you always work in a collaborative and positive manner, adhering to the company's The Q2 Way.
  • You will ensure communication (both verbal and electronic) with people external to the organisation is carried out effectively and in a professional manner. This will involve answering telephone calls as required and dealing with enquiries efficiently requiring sound knowledge of the marketing strategy and that of the wider organisation.
  • You will assist with sourcing and creating engaging content to ensure the organisation's websites and social media channels are up to date, relevant and on brand.
  • You will actively engage in all forms of social media such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram to support organisation's wider activity, including posting for the whole organisation as required.
  • You will help increase the organisations Google rankings through search engine optimisation by updating the websites content and external links as required.
  • You will assist with the preparation of materials for internal and external events and to attend as required. This will include actively promoting the organisation in a professional manner and may involve travel and overnight stays on occasion.
  • You will perform administrative duties as required by the marketing department in support of its operations.
  • You will be an active lead for any incoming leads and enquiries providing an initial response, collating and submitting all relevant information to the enquirer and the associated internal stakeholder, liaising with the Group Business Development Manager throughout.
  • Assist with the writing/editing and proof reading of content required for marketing/advertising materials.
  • Lead on the development and active management of Sharepoint.
  • To attend regular marketing meetings and to discuss current and future projects.
  • Effectively manage own time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently and on time.
  • To work flexibly and carry out additional roles and duties within the organisation as maybe agreed from time to time.
  • You will collaboratively and positively support the wider organisational teams with their marketing requirements and staying on brand as per policies and expectations.
  • You will be aware at all times of organisational targets and constructively, positively and with drive to do all that is required in achieving these targets.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Essential:
Marketing Role: 2 year (required)

Excellent marketing skills and the ability to build a strong rapport with all personality types.

Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis.

Thorough understanding of social media and design software.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Creativity and commercial awareness.

Team player attitude.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and make accurate, decisive decisions.

Flexibility in working hours to assist with achieving individual and group targets.

Target driven and goal orientated.


Preferred:
Digital Marketing Experience: 1 year (preferred)


  • Marketing related qualification (Degree): 1 year (preferred)

Salary:
£23,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
