The opportunity
This is a hands-on role reporting to the Employer Brand Manager for Student and leading on key campaigns to support our Student Talent Attraction and Engagement strategy.
You'll work with some of the brightest minds in the industry, forming your own relationships with key stakeholders across a broad range of business lines with one key goal - to attract the best and most diverse talent to EY.

We support hybrid working, but you will be expected to spend some time in the office. We are currently recruiting UK wide.Your key responsibilities
- Work with colleagues and the business to design, develop and implement comprehensive attraction campaigns that will add real value to EY's student proposition.
- Create compelling and distinctive recruitment content to engage students at all stages of their career search journey.
- Ownership You'll take responsibility for the reporting and measurement of specific campaigns, lead on key partnerships and understand the role of student hiring within the context of our overall business objectives
- Be an active part of the employer brand team providing colleagues with support or guidance, and collaborating effectively
- Improve awareness of the employer brand team across the business via proactive networking and collaboration
- Drive partnering, innovation and creativity within the Student Recruitment team, sharing best practice with the wider business on audience mindset, messaging and creative
- Proactively scan the market to understand the latest trends in the employer branding space and beyond, with an eye on new campaigns, channels, and initiatives across the market
- Work closely with colleagues to create a positive learning culture and coach and counsel junior team members

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Previous experience working in the employer branding space
- A genuine passion for building connections with a diverse range of student talent and helping them make informed career choices
- An advanced understanding of employer brand trends and best practice
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen too.
Ideally, you'll also have
- Previous experience working in a professional services environment and within a global, matrix environment
- Data driven mindset with the ability to analyse and report on campaign performance
- Experience in coaching, mentoring and developing colleagues
