HST | Customer Onboarding Officer | HYBRID


HST are delighted to be working with our client based in Nottingham who are expanding their team to bring in a Customer Onboarding Officer.

You will be working alongside our clients Technical Specialist to provide an outstanding customer experience.

As part of this role, you will work with new customers to gain an understanding of their IT environment as well as their network set up to ensure a seamless integration of their software.

This role will be a key member of our clients growing team, and you will be working closely with the technical
support team, customer success team and development team.

With close collaboration from their team of experts they will help you grow your technical knowledge on networking, security, cloud services, as well as wide exposure on various technologies and tools our clients use.


Role Responsibilities:


  • Assist the technical onboarding specialist with our software deployment and installation to new customers, including understanding their network and environment to ensure seamlessIntegration.
  • Provide guidance in set up and configuration of software in line with their specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and debug software issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Qualifying, assigning, and documenting the problems raised by customers into service tickets.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on
customer installs and address any concerns or issues.

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continually enhance skills and knowledge.

  • Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Highly organised and focused.
  • Ability to take a problem outside of your knowledge and aim to resolve or draw on resource to
ensure resolution.

  • A team player who can help and collaborate within a team environment.

Desired Qualifications:


  • We require someone who is educated to GCSE standard English and Maths grade 4 (or above), or
Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Maths.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

From £21,000.00 per year
