About us
About the role
Within Ocado's Planning and Supply Chain Function sits the Supply Chain Administration Team, who are an integral part of keeping the Supply Chain function operating.
You will work closely with Demand Planners as well as Suppliers and other stakeholders to solve any problems with the setup of our products.
About you
You have had previous experience working in a fast-paced administrative role.
You have strong attention to detail both written and verbally, whilst being logical, and can maintain large amounts of data, whilst being accurate and efficient.
You are familiar with using Microsoft Excel and Google Suite for imputing data and setting up new products on our systems.
Good communication skills are a must, for dealing with other departments and when maintaining our EDI relationships with our suppliers whilst also creating new ones (EDI is the industry-standard method of transmitting Purchase Orders from retailers to suppliers).
