Salary:Grade 6 £25,409 to £28,371 per year
Hours: 37 hours per week

Closing Date:Sunday 08 January 2023- An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Facilities Management Team as a supervisor.
  • The Facilities team supports corporate council buildings by providing administrative support such as invoicing and post room duties, and building management support such as meeting room co ordination and reception facilities.
  • You will have experience of working in an administrative and general financial environment, have a flexible approach to work and an ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Good planning, organisational and prioritisation skills are therefore essential, as well as good numerical and keyboard skills and the ability to use a range of software packages to deliver financial and administrative support including raising orders, processing invoices, petty cash and banking, typing, word-processing, audio-transcription and ordering of stationery, supplies and IT equipment.- If you would like more information about the role, please contact Diane Armer on or Kate Thwaites on
