Looking for an exciting opportunity to develop your office skills and build a career within the secretarial and administration sector?
Our client, a market-leading provider of FM and Workplace Management services, is seeking a Document Coordinator to join their team and support their client, an international law firm headquartered in London.
As the Document Coordinator, you will report directly to the Senior Facilities Coordinator and provide administrative and clerical support to business units across the firm.
You will assist and support fee-earners and Legal PAs by performing tasks such as printing, photocopying, bundling, and paginating documents, scanning invoices and correspondence, creating hard copy folders/files, and preparing voluminous and complicated packs of papers for meetings.
You will also check, schedule, and record Title Deeds, perform property searches using the Land Registry portal, and manage physical paper filing.
This is a permanent, full-time role operating a shift pattern of 08.00 to 16.00 and 10.00 to 18.00 with one hour for lunch, totaling 35 hours per week Monday to Friday.
