My client who is based on the outskirts of Southampton in Chilworth is looking for an Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

Description
As the Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Setting customer Agreements live and transferring the data from the proposals system into the contract management system.
- Complaints handling.
- Generating and issuing various letters, settlement quotes and statement of accounts to customers.
- Identifying customers with vulnerabilities and reporting this to the Department Heads.

- Be able to use your own initiative
- Be able to work in a small team
Job Offer
This role is fully office based and you will need to drive to access the offices.
