About The Service
An exciting opportunity has become available working as the Team Leader of the Customer Care Team within 24/7 Services.

The Customer Care Team are the first point of contact for customer queries relating to Telecare Cardiff and Meals on Wheels.

Telecare Cardiff is a 24-hour telephone link to our community alarm and response unit that allows people across the city to stay independent at home.

The service caters for vulnerable, disabled and elderly residents, and operate 365 days a year.

Meals on Wheels deliver hot, nutritious meals to customers across the city and provide a welcome and familiar face, and in some cases offer clients a lifeline to the outside world.
