I am working closely with a unique and highly reputable leading law firm who are looking to bring an experienced Fee Earner to join their Personal Injury based in Leeds.

Our client is looking for an experienced Fee Earner who can hit the ground running, so if you are based local to Leeds and have demonstrable experience within defended EL and PL claims (both litigated and pre-litigated), then keep on reading to find out more

The firm provides high quality, specialised services, offering clients a full breadth of claims-related legal work, from high volume claims handling through to complex, high value litigation.

As a Defendant Personal Injury Fee Earner, you will:

Handle claims in both pre-litigation and post litigation.
To meet any financial targets set by the Firm.
Assess legal liability, causation and damages and the need for investigation or rehabilitation.
Advance cases to settlement by considering all aspects of the case
Liaise with staff, clients and third parties and explain relevant information clearly
Ensure the confidentiality of all the Firm's Clients and Client documentation and information.
Ensure good working relationships with external institutions
Assisting (with supervision) of junior staff as required.
