Macildowie are pleased to be exclusively partnered with a well-established educational organisation based in the Coventry area, who are recruiting for 3 Interim Student Finance Officers.


Student Finance Officer

Responsibilities

  • Working within team that administers student confirmation changes relating to student finance England. You will mainly deal with student loans and new students registering with the University.
  • Provide prompt and accurate advice and administration and operational support to students and colleagues at all sites in relation to student funding.
  • The postholder will be responsible for the endtoend support of students studying via a variety of modes and will work proactively in collaboration with colleagues to ensure the highest levels of support and advice are provided in the area of studentfunding.
  • Undertake regular proactive monitoring and reporting on undergraduate student progression in relation to funding received and reporting to external bodies as required

Requirements:


  • Good administrators
  • No finance background required
  • Call centre experience desirable
