Responsibilities:_

Document product features by creating user guides, API documentation, release notes, and other technical documentation for Connex One's SAAS products.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including development, product management, and quality assurance, to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.
Regularly update and maintain existing documentation to reflect changes in the software, ensuring that all documentation is uptodate.
Provide support to endusers by creating FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and other support documentation to enhance user experience.
Review and edit content produced by other team members to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to documentation standards.
Gather feedback from users and internal teams to continuously improve documentation and make it more userfriendly.
