Head of Client Service Management - London - Ad Tech - £90,000 - German Speaking
My clients are video marketing specialists working across YouTube and off YouTube platforms.

My client have a a global technology and data platform that maximises both performance efficiency and contextual suitability, delivering contextual performance foradvertisers on YouTube.

Their tech is able to analyse all YouTube channels and videos to ensure ads run on brand suitable and contextually relevant content, across both a managed service or self-service platform.

The Job
As the
Head of Client Service Management, your responsibilities will include:

Responsible for driving key clients on a DACH Level from a Client Solutions perspective
Managing a team of 3+ people to expand current client portfolios, sustaining and strengthening relationships
Deliver quality client solutions and service; ensuring work is of an excellent standard in order to meet and exceed client expectations
Regularly monitoring campaign pacing and KPI performance and conducting ongoing discussions with relevant team members and clients; proactively addressing any issues
Expanding relationships through regular client communication to build and maintain deeplevel partnerships

You

At least 2 years of people management, managing a team of at least 5+ years of experience within a media agency or media vendor with thorough knowledge of the media landscape
Effective experience in media buying on a bidding model e.g., DBM, DSP, PMD, Programmatic platforms, and/or management of campaigns in various dashboards highly preferred
Client facing experience working with both agencies and brands
Able to help develop processes and help train other team members to stay competitive in an everchanging digital landscape
Strategy savvy in media planning, brief qualification and troubleshooting approaches
