We are a newly established Recruitment Agency and have ambitious plans for next year.

Our office is based on top of Watford Junction Train Station within the busy and vibrant town Centre and is easily commutable to by public transport with access to a wide variety of shops and restaurants.

Recruitment Professionals are looking for a money-motivated and career-driven Recruitment Officer Commission Only to work with us.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

Business Development
Meeting and exceeding KPI's

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
Strong knowledge of the industries in which the consultant will be recruiting is beneficial.
Resilient and able to work under pressure
Professional Attitude
Excellent communication skills
Team Player
Recruitment Manager and selfmotivated
Customer Focused

Salary:
£16,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

Watford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
