Description

The Leader Group are recruiting for a Regional Manager to oversee and support Children's Residential Homes across Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and the North East.

Working for a national organisation that has over 125 children's homes across the UK, with over 80% of their homes being rated 'Good' or 'Outstanding'.

The Role:

Act as the responsible individual under Ofsted regulations
Provide support and mentorship to the service managers
Ensure the provision of quality services
Managing the regional budget effectively and in line with company financial policies
Take the lead and support with all regulatory inspections, ensuring actions are met prior to and following inspections

Skills and Experience Required:

Significant experience of working in residential children's settings
Clear understanding of the Ofsted regulatory framework
Experience of multisite management
Commitment to delivering high quality care
In depth knowledge of EBD, SEMH and other complex / challenging behaviours
Hold a current UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Salary up to £94,350 OTE
