Description

The Leader Group are recruiting for a Regional Manager to oversee and support Children's Residential Homes across Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and the North East.


Working for a national organisation that has over 125 children's homes across the UK, with over 80% of their homes being rated 'Good' or 'Outstanding'.


The Role:

  • Act as the responsible individual under Ofsted regulations
  • Provide support and mentorship to the service managers
  • Ensure the provision of quality services
  • Managing the regional budget effectively and in line with company financial policies
  • Take the lead and support with all regulatory inspections, ensuring actions are met prior to and following inspections

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Significant experience of working in residential children's settings
  • Clear understanding of the Ofsted regulatory framework
  • Experience of multisite management
  • Commitment to delivering high quality care
  • In depth knowledge of EBD, SEMH and other complex / challenging behaviours
  • Hold a current UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
