About the Team and Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner who will be responsible for leading planning and development of our document production services.

This is a core insurance business capability which supports the end to end processing value chain being key to our landscape and business growth objectives.

While the initial focus for this role will be leading our document production product we also position additional growth opportunities in the future with new landscape product services planned.

This product team is currently primarily located in India with business stakeholders spread globally across all major regions.

Due to this setup, the Product Owner will be needed to develop a global reach with their team members to ensure we have appropriate support coverage.

The individual will also be required to have experience with Agile IT development, the common methodology used within Swiss Re CorSo tech.

Key Activities:

Develop detailed understanding of key landscape components of ownership (Doc Engine) and connected landscape dependencies.
Define service roadmap for the product in coordination with our connected strategic landscape.
Lead product development execution of CITO prioritized business cases including prioritization of key development resource focus
Actively manage the the document production development backlog for the squad, setting objectives and goals, breaking down concepts into manageable achievable steps. You will continously prioritise the work to be done based on business value, optimally balancing functional requirements, and continuous reduction of technical debt.
Cocreate, prioritize and communicate product roadmaps and highlevel squad backlogs using iterative techniques with feedback loops
Ensure product quality through robust timely product requirement definition enabling effective squad development and testing
Provide timely and wellcoordinated platform production support including effective stakeholder collaboration and prioritization of resources based on business impact.
Identify landscape and operating model change opportunities as a basis to further evolve the CorSo and CITO agendas (incld. investment business case development support) #LI-Hybrid
