Birmingham Healthy Minds is an IAPT service covering Birmingham. We are now seeking to appoint experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated administrators to join the Birmingham Healthy Minds teams.

You will provide an effective, efficient, and confidential administrative service to support the clinical team.

There is a need to be able to work within a busy work environment with accuracy and to tight deadlines.

Ability to prioritise your workload and act on your own initiative is essential.

Applicants should have good communication & organisational skills, experience of using Microsoft Office with excellent typing speed and accuracy. Experience of using software patient systems such as IAPTus and RIO would be an advantage.

You will need to have experience of working in a health care setting and dealing with the public. We require staff who can demonstrate good interpersonal skills and have a compassionate telephone manner.
